What is your return policy?

Elephantsahionworld guarantees complete customer satisfaction with your purchase from Elephantsahionworld. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can return any item you received from in its original condition - unused, unwashed and in its original packaging (including labels).

You can return items purchased from within 15 days of receipt

How do I return it?

Under Help/FAQ on, select Returns and enter your order number, email address and zip code. This must be the email address and zip code you originally used to place the order. You can also log in to your account and initiate a return through the My Account page.

Select the item you want to return and follow the steps to print a prepaid return label.
Pack the returned item in the original mailing bag or packaging of your choice (make sure there are no other labels on it) and attach the shipping label.

Put it in your mailbox or take it to the nearest USPS or FedEx location.

When the carrier scans your return label, you will receive an email that your return is being processed. When your item arrives at our returns center, we will process your return and then issue a letter of credit against your original payment method. You will receive an email when the refund has been processed. Your credit card provider calculates your balance according to their standards and guidelines.

Do I have to pay for returns?

You will be charged for return shipping.

Can I return products purchased from other retailers?

We only accept returns for items purchased on If the item was purchased elsewhere, please contact the retailer to complete the return.

If your product is defective, we'd love to hear. Please fill out the contact form here and send it.

Timeline for store cancellations?

12 hours after placing the order. We process your order for you. This means you have 12 hours to cancel your order after placing it. After this time, you will no longer be able to cancel your order
Please think twice before placing an order. We are currently unable to cancel or modify orders once placed.

How will my refund be distributed?

You will be refunded the total value of the item plus VAT and shipping paid. Your refund may be reduced if you return part of your order during the promotion period.

Please allow 14 business days for your return to be processed and 1 to 2 billing cycles for the return credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Where possible, refunds will be sent in the same form as the original purchase. Please note that gift orders will be refunded to the original purchaser.
